    Bethany Auck owns and operates SlideRabbit, a presentation services boutique. Bethany has been sculpting presentation narrative and concepting visual aids since 2006, originally in service of large corporations and law firms for high-stakes corporate litigation. In 2012, Bethany founded SlideRabbit to bring high-quality presentation design and development to clients in all industries.

Geetesh: Bethany, please tell us more about your session, Slides Playing Nicely in the Sandbox Together: PowerPoint and Google Slides at the upcoming PowerPoint Presentation Design Deep Dive 2021 event. What can the audience expect to learn from this session?

Bethany: We’ve all seen a million “PowerPoint Killers” come and go, but Google Slides is gaining a real toehold. As demand increases, it’s important to know what you can and can’t do in GSlides and how to work around some shortcomings.

Attendees to this session will receive an overview of GSlides and its differences from PowerPoint, how DataViz does (and doesn’t) work in Google Slides, and also how PowerPoint and GSlides can work together to make life easier.

Geetesh: Tell us more about your presentation design work at SlideRabbit. Also, who are your favorite clients, and why?

Bethany: My favorite thing about SlideRabbit’s clientele is how different they are from each other. From data security to animal vaccines, to retail, we work with a lot of different material, which keeps the days lively and interesting.

Our best clients are those that recognize we can help them with a lot more than killer design; we’re here to help them evaluate their content and narrative and truly elevate their presentations. Those that partner with us fully are our most rewarding relationships.
