Here is another case study that explores the use of DataPoint. This time, it’s the First Tennessee Bank.

The Asset Quality and Disposition Division is responsible for the quality of our assets (loans) and reporting this to management. To achieve this goal we use several Microsoft Access databases to gather, organize, sort, summarize, and generate reports and presentations. In the past, we would export data to Microsoft Excel and then link to our Microsoft PowerPoint presentations. Now with Take-off’s DataPoint software, we are able to skip the middle step of using Microsoft Excel, saving us a lot of time and completely automated. We are currently generating some 8 presentations a month and plan to migrate more of our reports and presentations.
