Are you stuck with a presentation that uses strange fonts? Or have you inherited slides where you need to change fonts globally? Fortunately, you don’t have to replace fonts, one at a time with each text box, placeholder, or shape. In this tutorial, we will explore how you can replace one font with another, in the entire presentation using PowerPoint 365 for Mac.

Imagine that you have a long numbered list that forms the content within your PowerPoint slide. Moreover, you may not be aware of the potential benefits or losses that this presentation could bring to you. In our case, we’ve created a presentation that managed to raise 82 million leva (40+ million euros) for the Gradus IPO. Well, if this is not critical…

Our team had the privilege to be invited to work on this project. We decided to share with you some of the tricks which we used while creating the presentation. But just before we start, we should probably inform you how big this IPO was. Let’s just say it’s the biggest one in Bulgaria for the last 10 years and the second biggest in the whole history. We begin with another feature on alternatives to visual clichés. This time we explore alternatives to pictures of stacks of coins. Kurt Dupont of PresentationPoint shows you how to create a Dynamic Countdown in PowerPoint.

PowerPoint for Mac users can learn how to insert a Check Mark or Tick Mark in their slides. PowerPoint 2016 for Windows users can explore Keyboard Shortcuts, Keyboard Sequences, and learn how to Enable Developer Tab of the Ribbon.
