Play Director Movies in PowerPointWith widespread discussions around inserting Macromedia Flash movies into PowerPoint, it would seem reasonable to expect similar interest in embedding Macromedia Director movies into presentations. However, that has not been the case. Extensive research over several months revealed virtually no information available online regarding this topic. Ultimately, the process had to be explored independently.

The technique used is now documented in detail on the Microsoft site.
