Creating slides is just one part of what you would do as part of your presentation. Delivering those slides will complete the process. We look at a checklist for delivering presentations. In our Presentation Management series, James Ontra and AlexAnndra Ontra explore the lifecycle of a presentation. They say, “In presentation management, files are never done. When you click the File menu in PowerPoint 365 for Mac, you see several options. In this tutorial, we explore two of these options: Save, and Save As. The Save option works differently depending upon whether you are working with a new presentation or a presentation that has already been saved earlier.

When launched, PowerPoint 365 for Windows typically opens with Backstage View. If you want to create a new presentation, you can do so using the New tab. If you want to work on any of the already created presentations, you can open them by using the various options in the Open tab.
