Each slide in your PowerPoint deck can have some notes associated with it, and these are placed in the Notes Pane area. Do you want to print all these slide notes? Yes, you can. However, very few people realize that you can print these notes in the form of a properly structured Notes Page. This might be among the least used PowerPoint options, but this certainly is among the most useful ones! Incidentally, even the small number of people who print Notes pages never realize that the look of their printed Notes pages can be modified within the Notes Master.

Handouts are documents you can print from within PowerPoint that include slide representations from your presentation. PowerPoint lets you include as many as 9 slides on each Handout page. Of course, with 9 slides on a page, your slides will look more like thumbnails. You can also choose to print just one slide on every handout page, so then your Handout pages will look like individual slides printed on a page.

He explains creating an On/Off switch, a Mileage Meter, Dynamic Lights, and Thermometers. Next, VBA guru and Microsoft MVP Steve Rindsberg explores how you can reapply the Notes Master using VBA code; this can be helpful because the Notes Master does not work as predictably as the Slide Master in PowerPoint. And then, Florian Bay from Toastmasters looks at what you need to know about leadership before becoming a leader.
We then explore some PowerPoint views: Reading View in PowerPoint 365 for Mac and Slide Master View in PowerPoint 365 for Windows and Mac. We recently created this data-driven dashboard in PowerPoint by connecting our presentation to a database with our DataPoint add-in. The result is quite astonishing. The database is basically a dummy, where we have a small utility to execute random updates on the data. If you are working for a big company or a big factory, then you probably already have data that is updated extensively. So, here we are simulating updates on the data.
