We explored INSCALE’s Morph presentation a while ago. This time, the folks at INSCALE share their showcase presentation in which their designers combine composition, aesthetics, and artistic vision.

PowerPoint is sexy! Don’t believe me? Then you haven’t met the right designers. Designers with a feel for composition, aesthetics and an artistic vision. We combine all of these components to impress you with the best that presentations have to offer.
The Worlds Best Powerpoint Presentations. PowerPoint Design by INSCALE. Slides made for you!

Again, the folks at INSCALE have pushed PowerPoint’s abilities to another limit.

I asked INSCALE’s Dominic Späth: How do you approach presentations that can be saved and shared as Youtube videos? Also, is there a market for such showcase decks?

Here’s Dominic’s answer: As the inventor of the PowerPoint Movie, INSCALE started to create videos in PowerPoint using PowerPoint 2003 and screen capture software. Today, it is much easier to create and export videos from PowerPoint. The most common use cases are event presentations, which can be provided to all employees after the event through a wide array of channels such as YouTube, Vimeo, or internal company channels.

The benefit is that one can edit the file and incorporate beautiful animations at any time in a familiar platform, so you don’t need to use any fancy video editing software that may be expensive or confusing. Our clients can show off great design while staying flexible in case they want to change anything.

Do you quickly need to translate your slides from English to French or some words from English to Hindi? The best option available to you is to get a professional translator but did you know that PowerPoint includes rudimentary translation skills? This translation is not something that you could use without checking the results, but this is still a great start.

Imagine this situation: you started working on a presentation, saved it couple of times, then got so much involved in your work that you spent an inordinate amount of time working on it without saving it. Then, your computer unexpectedly crashes or just shuts off due to some unexpected crisis. Or maybe just PowerPoint crashes for some reason. Does it mean you are now left with your presentation in the status when you last saved it and lost all your work? Not really because you can restart PowerPoint, and one of two occurrences may happen.

In PowerPoint 2016 when you select any text container such as a text placeholder, shape, or text box, then you may (or may not) see which language is specified for the text container on the Status Bar. However it is quite possible that you may not be seeing any language specified on the Status Bar, and this can happen for one of two reasons.
